1. Agreement
By accessing or using Reachly("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Reachly is a web application that connects to your Google account to send outreach emails from your Gmail address and track sent messages. The Service requires you to sign in with Google and grant the permissions needed to send email on your behalf.
3. Eligibility and Account
You must have a valid Google account and be authorized to use the Gmail address you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs while you are signed in to the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate applicable law
- Harass, threaten, or mislead recipients
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Transmit malware, phishing content, or other harmful material
- Violate Google's Terms of Service or Gmail Program Policies
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
You are solely responsible for the content of emails you send and for complying with laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam, privacy, and marketing regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Google Integration
The Service uses Google OAuth and the Gmail API. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms and policies. We may suspend or limit access if Google revokes permissions, your token expires, or your account no longer meets Google's requirements.
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we store information needed to operate the product, including account details and sent email records.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that emails will be delivered or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reachly and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation poses a security, legal, or operational risk.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to the operator of the Email Outreach deployment you are using.
